Movement and delivery of furniture, fixtures and equipment during renovation or opening is critical to operational success. In today’s environment, FF&E is sourced from all regions of the world and the supply chains can vary.

Financing & Payments
We work closely with top industry manufacturers and suppliers. Braxton Oasis FF&E does not currently offer leasing or financing for start-ups, new, or existing entities. Select suppliers may also offer 90 day – same as cash programs.

Insurance & Customs
We assist our clients in understanding what documentation is required for local customs clearances, both import and export. Clients can arrange for independent, third-party, local customs brokers to ensure the transportation and customs clearance processes go as smoothly as possible to avoid additional costs and unnecessary delays.
Cargo insurance is highly recommended and is an important role in the transportation of high-value FF&E. If damage claims occur, normal carrier limits of liability prevent full recovery of cargo value, not to mention the effort involved going through the claims process. We ensure our hospitality customers are provided with this cost when coordinating product logistics.
