We perform all functions associated with property management for a select portfolio of residential properties accounts. This includes management and leasing services to new and existing clients, with an opportunity for residential sales. Our portfolio is actively managed in-house through a consistent, cyclical process of acquisition, rehabilitation, and/or sales. Operational efficiencies and prudent decision making during each cycle ensures success; maximizing asset values and returns.

In 2009, Braxton Oasis Residential began investing in single-family home acquisitions and rentals. As we continue to divest our single-family portfolio, we look forward to leveraging our expertise as a privately held organization that manages and invests in multifamily properties in the southern region of the United States and the Caribbean.
